ClauseReport provides automated, factual technical assessments of publicly available privacy policies and terms of service. Reports describe observations only, are based solely on the content we scanned at the time of the scan, and may be incomplete or contain errors.
3. Not legal advice
ClauseReport is software operated by Helton Labs LLC. It is not a law firm or a lawyer and does not provide legal advice. Reports are automated, are based only on the content scanned, and carry no guarantee or warranty of accuracy, completeness, or compliance. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, and for any legal determination you should consult one. Using the service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
4. Acceptable use
You may scan publicly accessible websites. You must not use the service to attempt unauthorized access, to overload third-party sites, or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
6. Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that reports are exhaustive or error-free. Findings are automated and may produce false positives or omissions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helton Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
