ClauseReport is operated by Helton Labs LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use clausereport.com and our scanning service.
2. What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, workspace), the URLs you submit for scanning, and standard technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps). We do not collect special-category personal data.
3. How we use it
To run scans, store your reports, operate and secure the service, bill you, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Scanning of third-party sites
When you submit a URL, we fetch publicly available pages from that site to produce a report. We store the resulting factual findings, not full copies of third-party content beyond what is needed for the report.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of first-party cookies for authentication and privacy-respecting analytics to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We keep account and report data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within 90 days of account closure unless we are required to retain it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@clausereport.com to make a request.
